sickness and cramps late pregnancy

Hey just wondered if anyone else has experienced this? Almost every night when i've been in bed for a wee while i get really bad stomach cramps which most times end in me being violently sick, and sometimes diahhoreah(SP?) also (sorry tmi.
Any way have mentioned to midwife and she keeps saying 24 hr bug, but I have been like this for 3 or 4 weeks now and still got 4 to go!!
Any info as to what might be causing this or how to stop it appreciated xx

may be a bug you are finding hard to shift. if baby is well and active...i wouldn't worry too much

make sure you keep your fluid levels up if you are being sick and having diaorrhea.....do you have IBS or anything like that?

just wondering if certain hormones in late pregnancy can make you sickly? ask the midwife next time.....

probably 'one of those things'...

if you are vomiting a lot and unable to keep anything down, i;d call back...

are you eating too close to bed time and getting indigestion maybe??

Yeah spoke to her again on the phone, i've had this in my previos pregnancies just not so severe.
I've been having a lot of indigestion, so the doc has prescribed me gaviscon, just going to try it now! wish me luck!!
