36 weeks - swollen ankles and headaches

I'm 36 weeks & have swollen ankles since yesterday and terrible sore head. Headache has eased with painkillers now though. I've got Midwife on Friday. Can it wait til then or do u think I should get BP checked? History of pre eclampsia with dc1........xxx

As you have history of it, I would phone the maternity assessment unit if I were you, and just ask their advice. They may say not to worry and wait until Friday, but at least that would put your mind at rest.

It's not just about the feet tho, it's your headache too, so you need to phone for some advice.
