Is there such a thing as a maternity bra that uplifts??

I hate pregnancy bras! When not pregnant I am so used to wired bras that fit me perfectly and I never think about during the day.

Pregnancy is a different story! I just don't feel as supported in non-wired bras. Doesn't help that I'm up into 30G territory.

Can anyone recommend any good bras that actually uplift and give a nice shape under clothes?

As long as they fit properly then you can wear underwired bras

I am a 36HH so not wearing underwire wasn't an option. There's no reason not to either

Just wore underwired too.

Far too terrifying for the world if I didn't.

I'm 38G and have just been wearing my regular underwired bras. I'm now 33 weeks and hoping that I can keep using my normal bras for the duration!

Nursing bras on the other hand...that's a whole other can of worms... Confused

I'm 27 weeks pregnant and still wearing underwired bras. As long as they fit well I've been told (by bravissimo staff) that it's not an issue.

I use Elomi (underwired) nursing bras. Would recommend!

Yes just wear normal bras.

And you can wear underwired when nursing as well - there are a handful of modelt available on the market (Anita, Elomi, Freya Pure) but I personally bought normal bras and converted. I agree that the droopy monoboob look that non-wired bras give you is neither attractive nor comfortable.

You can wear under wired bras! I'm still using my normal brand and wearing a crop top at night. You just need to make sure they fit well and the wires are on the chest wall, not the breast tissue.

You can get under wired nursing bras too. Hot milk do them and various other brands.

I just wear my normal bras. I'm a 30H and haven't grown, so I'm sticking to them. There's no need for an unwired bra

Just posted on another thread but my panache sports bra is fab, pretty padded too and a great shape. But low cut tops will probably show it.

I'm a 32G at the moment (24w4d) and have absolutely no intention of ever going out of the house in a non-wired bra - I HATE them! I bought some recently just for sleeping in and that's all I can cope with, they just don't feel supportive and the monoboob look is not for me.

Bravissimo told me to just keep getting regularly fitted so I'm going to go back in and be remeasured when I'm in the 3rd trimester.

Not sure what the solution will be with nursing bras though...

This has been a big relief thread for me! I'm 31 weeks and still wearing underwires. I've gone from 32GG to 32H but wearing a 34H so the wires don't dig in to my boobers. I tried a non-wire maternity bra for one day...could not deal with the uniboob/boobs touching eachother. Yuck!

the Forever Yours bra by Hot Milk is brilliant and flexi wired so very comfy and gives great shape but only goes up to a 38F i think...

Try the cake lingerir bra's. They have ones with flexiwire and even kept my huge knockers in check.
