I have 2 questions. Im off work due to a sickness bug do I have to get a sick note for my employer
I have only got 1 wk left in work but I don't get sp cos of a low wage but I have 17 days of holiday s to take can I use them instead.

You will need to check with your work to see if you can take it as holiday instead. You can self certify sickness for rhe first seven days and after that a sick note would be needed.
