When your baby has 'dropped', does this indicate that labor is near?
I've felt poorly today and sick for the first time since the first trimester

It doesn't neccesarily mean labour is near.

Many babies do not engage until labour begins.

If you're a first time Mummy, you are more likely to engage before labour but with your second, third etc pregnant ladies often don't engage until labour begins..
