Hi, going to start taking capsules at 36w. My question is how many to take? Midwife said the tea is an acquired taste so think I'll give the tea a miss!

I took the tea after miscarriage to improve my lining and I really liked it!!

I'm pregnant again and I'm gutted I can't drink it as I used to really enjoy it.

Try it, you might enjoy it

I took the capsules. Had very quick active labours with both but could be coincidence. X

How many did you take Roseybee?

Maybe I'll try it then Brummie, but the face she was pulling really put me off. Haha!

I've taken one a day from 36 weeks, 2 a day from 37 weeks. I have contracted really well but my cervix isn't thinning or dilating in early labour - not sure RLT capsules have anything to do with this though!

Just one a day as I've had strong braxton hicks from 36 weeks with both babies. I was planning on starting then at 34 weeks with dd2 but was having BH already and didn't wNt to make them worse. I started at 37 weeks and BH got much stronger when taking them. X

I've just started them and instructions on them says 2 a day with food so that's what I'm taking. Bought from health shop.
