I'm 7 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. I am suffering from morning sickness and it is a case of eat to prevent the sickness or just chuck up in a bucket all day. Well I have 2 toddlers at home with me and the latter option is not viable. I am desperately trying not to pile on too much weight like I did with my first two pregnancies. I have so far decided to try and stick to fruit/cucumber for cravings but that feeling of satisfaction doesn't last very long. Anything with strong flavours is out of the question. For exercise I do 2 x 3 mile walks a week with a double buggy full of shopping, half of which is up a giant hill, and I really push myself up that hill. I can't afford the gym. Plus I chase two toddlers around all day, this is the first sit down I've had all week. I am probably fitter than I was in the last pregnancies. I really, really want to give birth in the midwife led unit and not in the hospital and that requires me having a BMI of under 35. I am currently BMI 28.5 according to NHS website.

But it is a lonely thing suffering from morning sickness fighting the urge to wolf down a packet of crisps and a handful of biscuits just to stave off the nausea. Is anyone in the same situation?
