Feeling really terrible this morning. Tired, feeling sick and burping a lot. Belly feels really bloated. Also got sore feet so it's painful to walk any distance. :( I don't feel like doing anything. This is a message to anyone feeling like me that we are brave to keep going through this!

We must soldier on!!

My poor hubby... All I do is moan as suffering like you and everyone else with the symtoms above... And he simply replies it will all be worth it! Have to keep thinking that. It's so easy to get down about it all because unless you're actually going through it you don't know how bad if feels!!

Then the guilt sets in about moaning as we are lucky to be pregnant, it's like a vicious cycle!! Lol

I do think your hubby is right - it WILL be worth it - it's just today every little thing seems like such an effort! The only thing I can keep down at the moment is dry toast :( Even small portions generate MASSIVE burps!!! And yes - we have to keep reminding ourselves we are lucky to be pregnant - I'm finding it so hard today though :(

I Know the feeling. Have been feeling very ropey for the last 7 weeks and worse in the last week leading to me being given anti-sickness drugs! I know I'm lucky to be preg and it took us several years to fall preg in the first place! It just seems I will never start to feel better. I do not suit pregnancy! Roll on December!

Newtobecomingamum · 17/06/2015 13:31

Some days are worst and no matter what anyone says it... You still feel crap and horrendous!!

Have you tried crips and crackers they might help a little?

The sickness is so awful some days actually feels like you're dying!!

tinyme135 · 17/06/2015 13:36

I'm feeling the same today, feeling sick stuffy nose, headache, heavy legs and my OH thinks I'm miserable but talking to him he's now being super protective of me. I went to work and was sent home cause I was almost sick like 5 times. This is the worst that I've felt but we must go on :) what I'm doing is watching rubbish day time tv and getting my OH get me everything that I need/want it's so much fun haha. Hope you feel better soon x

Bishopston · 17/06/2015 14:10

I agree chopsface we are lucky to be pg - am lucky as so far - I've not been given anti sickness drugs - YET!! It'll all be worth it when December comes!

I agree Newtobecomingamum - crackers etc are pretty good because they taste very bland. It's funny - I feel a bit better now but really expect my energy levels to dip again later! The sickness really is bad - all you feel like doing is crawling around doing the bare minimum :(

Thanks tinyme - luckily I'm not working at the moment so not under that kind of time pressure. It sounds like you've got your OH well trained!

Haha yeah I have xD he offers to pick me up from work and so on but I can't let him do that all the while. He's already worried about our first scan bless him x

Bishopston · 17/06/2015 15:30

Oh good luck for your first scan, tiny! :)

Thank you :) it's in the next couple of weeks and as it being first birth I'm very worried but hopefully it'll go fine :) I hope you feel a lot better soon too xx

Bishopston · 17/06/2015 15:58

Thank you - my stomach has calmed down a bit this afternoons. One or two nights this week I've been awake quite late with bellyache :( - both times after eating a late, heavy meal (dumplings!). I need to eat smaller portions and earlier. I'm trying to convince myself that this is better than PMT every month :/

I'm due dec too and feel utterly crap as usual today it didn't go until 17 weeks with dc1 so another couple weeks yet! Got so much to do but no energy whatsoever :(
All we can do is count down to when we do feel better hopefully not long for you guys!

Bishopston · 17/06/2015 16:10

Looks like there'll be a lot of December babies! Hard if you're pregnant with other Dcs to look after - you just want to take a nap!

I think one of the worst parts of being pregnant is going for lunch/dinner with friends etc and just having to do an enormous belch! I hope they forgive me :/

Yes bishop! Especially as dd is having the worse tantrums ever at the minute, trying to calm a screaming child whist not being sick is proving hard work !

Newtobecomingamum · 17/06/2015 17:02

I'm due Dec too NYE lol! Although prob won't be on time as my second. It's soooo bloody hard feeling like this with a toddler to look after too!

Bishopston · 17/06/2015 18:20

I am delighted about this pregnancy even though a tad unplanned - my baby's Dad convinced me a more 'natural' method of contraception would work!!I'd love to get pregnant again at some point - but unsure how long to leave it.
