Am in the wars today, alongside my gum pain I am getting intermittent sharp stabby pains on right side of bump about an inch above belly button. It gets quite bad when lying/ leaning on right side and pretty much goes when I move position apart from the odd twinge.
Apart from the obvious answer of not leaning on right side (!) do you think I need to do anything or have any ideas what it could be? Could it be baby position ie I'm squashing something!
