Varicella blood test (chicken pox) - normal- what does that mean?

Had results back from midwife and she said the result was 'normal'. When I asked what this means she said she did not know ! Any help appreciated

That's not very helpful is it? Does it mean you've had it and are now immune. Or not.

I would assume the former.
