Mucus show at 36 weeks?

I'm 36 weeks pregnant with baby number two.

At few days ago I noticed a clear mucus on my underwear. It wasn't very much at all.

Today, I noticed a small amount of mucus that was slightly red tinged when I wiped myself.

Should I be worried?

This is all new to me. I was induced with my first and ended up with a c-section..

I did have a bit of a show with my first. But it was when I was overdue and after I had stretch and sweep...

I really don't think you should be worried.

First pregnancy here just came back from my first antenatal class and she told us a few times how we don't even have to call the labour hotline if we lose the mucus plug.

Apparently it could be weeks from this point until labour starts?!
