Any Kiddisave orders from NEC baby show arrived?

Have anyone else's orders arrived from the NEC baby show (15-17/05/15) yet? We ordered a Joie Chrome travel system (thinking it was direct from the manufacturers, as they had their own stall there and finding subsequently it was through Kiddisave) and were told 7-10 days for delivery, but have heard absolutely nada. I am worried. Yes, we got a discount, but still paid an awful lot of money. Are Kiddisave to be trusted?

Not recent but we ordered our travel system for DS from the kiddisave stand at the nec baby show back in 2012. we were in the same position as you, we had heard nothing etc however when we chased it up the customer service was faultless and we got our pram delivered without a problem. It was just that we had to chase it up rather than them contacting us, I just assumed they were really busy with orders from the show!

We have ordered a pram. When chasing it up they were vague about delivery date. You had any news yet?

They seemed to have no idea about our order when we chased it up, but it was then sent out within a week. Seems a bit of an odd way to work, but no complaints with the product.
