Help. What do you do if you lose your notes?

This is so unlike me - even when pregnant I know where everything is - but I've lost my notes. I had them when I went to the hospital last week, but couldn't find them on Friday for my regular 26 week midwife apptmt. I've now turned the house upside down, called the hospital and tried the bus company. No luck. Can you get replacements?

I should think so, best thing to do is phone your midife/GP surgery and ask them. I'm sure this happens all the time

I kept forgetting my notes for antenatal appts. last pregnancy... I probably remembered them no more than 2 or 3 out of 8 or 9 appointments! Only once did anybody seem remotely concerned about it.
