Spd anterior placenta

So today I finally cracked and saw the midwife about my spd, I have been trying to hard just to carry on and now it's impossible. I have an urgent referral to physio and a massive tubigrip belt. Thing is it's really tight and I have an anterior placenta, will that do any damage to it? I had a different midwife today so I don't know if she knows but she didn't ask a thing about my placenta position so I assumed it was ok. It's only since I've got home that I've thought I might be squishing her life force a bit!

I have an anterior placenta also and have been given a support belt. I'm not aware that it causes any damage at all.
