Any recommendations for a good album to listen to in labour?
May sound strange but my first labour was all a bit if a nightmare and ended in me being in theatre with spinal only for them to realise I was fully dilated. All very rushed and horrid with lots of blood loss and consultants everywhere.
I'm hoping it will be different this time around ( although baby is still breech at 37 weeks) just wondered if anyone had any recommendations for ( hopefully) making it a relaxed affair !? ( fingers and toes crossed)
