35 weeks period type pains on right side

Think I'm reading too much into every niggle at the moment but have got period type pains just on my the right side of my lower bump.

Is this normal?

It depends. How strong are the pains? Are you still feeling the baby's movement?

I know that aches and pains are a given in the late stages of pregnancy so it is probably nothing to worry about but maybe check in with your midwife to reassure yourself?
