I'm sure i ate it when i was pregnant but a friend of mine is not sure as it says it contains unpasturised cows milk, surely that means that its best to avoid.

Shes asked me but i'm really not sure. I thought it was soft cheeses but also unpasturised stuff.

Anyone know??

TIA
