I'm 14 weeks with dc3 and still running/swimming 2-3 times a week. I feel fine, no pregnancy problems etc. I've noticed for the last few weeks that the after exercise I have s horrendous headache and blocked sinuses. I went for a run on mon night and still feeling awful today. I drink a lot and have cereal or a yogurt when I get back so don't think it's dehydration.
Is it because I'm pregnant? Should I stop exercising? I want to go for a swim later but worried as I'm still rough from Monday that I might be doing damage to me or baby?! It's just very odd.
