Round Ligament Pain...Support belt?

Sorry for starting yet another thread but wondering if anyone has any advice.
I'm 20w with twins, measuring about 8 weeks ahead so have a rather large bump. The rapid extra stretching/growing has caused me to get awful round ligament pain. I feel like my stomach is tearing, walking is extremely uncomfortable, and sneezing...oh...my...good...lord!
I was looking at getting a support belt to see if this helped at all, but they all seem to be aimed at people with SPD rather than round ligament pain? Would wearing one actually help?
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks.

I have one of these and it REALLY helped with my round ligament pain at that stage. It did make my reflux worse, though. www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B000FO6MOE/ref=mp_s_a_1_10?qid=1433327233&sr=8-10&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_FMwebp_QL70&keywords=support+belt+maternity

I have really bad round ligament pain and used a belt similar (maybe the same?) to siani. The pain didn't completely go, though it was a lot better. If you have reflux or heartburn, the belt will definitely make this worse as it pushes your bump up! Sadly it's a case of which is the lesser of two evils. Wink
