You don't have to worry about the back thing until at least 20 weeks/ when you notice it!

My midwife told me that its no problem to sleep on your back if you feel OK. If it makes you feel dizzy or lightheaded then stick to right or left...

Personally I can't stay in one position for too long but found that back sleeping is most comfy! I bought a long body support pillow in Argos for under £10 and its really good...

I've got a pillow, but I'm 16.+4 and massive .. glad to see sleeping on my right isn't to bad after all.. I barely slept a wink last night!

Sleep whatever way you want! You're not going to do any harm. Why does the world want to micromanagement pregnant women into misery!!!
