Vomiting at 31wks

Hello, I had severe morning sickness early on in the pregnancy but all stopped at 18wks. But today I've vomited twice, should I be worried?

It's my first pregnancy so I'm unsure. Baby is moving around as normal.

As long as baby is moving well and you don't feel I'll then I wouldn't worry about it. I've had sickness on and off all the way through. Last threw up at 39 + 6. Just hoping it stops once baby is actually born!
