I am 15 +3 and feeling bleaugh - had horrendous sickness for the first trimester (off work, stuffed with anti emetics etc) and now I'm emerging from this feeling weak, lethargic and fat. I'd love to do some exercise and eat better but the combo of residual sickness, being practically bedridden for three months and pregnancy breathlessness/exhaustion means that even climbing stairs feels like a huge effort and a lot of the time the only food that appeals is carby. Plus if I don't eat every few hours I throw up and then faint - glamorous times!
Usually exercise makes me feel better (i.e. when not pregnant) but right now it makes me feel even more nauseous and breathless and exhausted
But I hate feeling so sluggish and heavy! Does anyone have any suggestions for making myself feel a bit more human?
