sickness bug 39 weeks

hi my son has just came down with a sickness and fever.he cannot keep anything down not even sips of water.im concerned for him but also myself as i only have 5 days left till im due and dont know if it can harm the baby if i catch it or if it will give me problems if i go into labour. any advice?????????

This happened to me at the same time. I spent the whole night with my head down the loo sick as a dog.
Was absolutely fine.
passed in 24 hours or so. Just drank water and washed my hands allot.
