Period like pains

For the last 3 days I've had period pains on and off which are dull and achy, it's worse in my back. I'm not worrying as when they go, I can go for hours feeling fine but have stages of a painful cramp like pains

I'm 34 weeks pregnant. Are these cramps normal considering I'm getting bigger and nearly labor?

Probably Braxton Hicks contractions? These are like practice contractions to prepare you for labour, nothing to worry about. If they get worse or more regular you might want to get it checked out.
