Hi everyone.
I know there's a list on the NHS of what to avoid but a bit of personal opinion wouldn't go a miss please :)

I've changed from dairy to soya products, am I ok to still have the odd white decaff with cows milk? (one a week)

Eggs; do you completely avoid or Just cook them to death to ensure they're cooked?

Nuts; all nuts, some nuts? Are seeds ok?

And mayo... Is it all mayo or just home made? Trying to pick up a prepacked sandwich at work is a chore trying to get a mayo free one!

Thanks xxxx

Hi,

Have you thought about the phytoestrogens in soya products?

Does it have any effect on baby boys genital development? I think I read something somewhere but I'm not sure.

I have switched to organic milk instead.

In fact organic everything where possible (although probably completely irrational!)

I am also deliberately including peanuts and all other nuts with my theory that it will pass my tolerance to the baby so hopefully she won't develop an allergy to nuts and peanuts.

spilly it isn't a no no. Did you not read the thread at all?
