I'm 10 weeks and been for my booking appointment this afternoon. Just spoken to my inlaws and parents on the phone to update. All inlaws were really excited and asking me what happened and how I was doing etc. but my parents questioned my hospital/birthing centre decision and only asked 'can they tell everyone yet?' Driving me up the flipping wall ffs!!! (We decided to only tell the parents up until we have our scan) then went off on a tangent about something completely random arghhhhh!!!

Ah, parents. When I announced my second pregnancy to mine, they asked if it was planned. I was 39 and had been married for years, and the new baby will be three years younger than DD.

My mother is on at me to tell my sister constantly. My sister is the biggest blabber mouth I know. Not happening. All because I have told my brother who I would trust with my life... Sighs.

When I phoned my DM to tell her and dad I was pregnant she said 'oh, I thought you were going to say you'd bought a puppy'!
Now she has twin grandsons she's a lot less interested in me getting a dog!

My mother said about DC3 "oh Pantone, your figure will never get away with that again" then told me about her new sofa.
