Pregnancy, it's a big con!

Why oh why do they say it's 9 months, when really your pregnant for 10?

9 calender months, isn't it? 10 lunar months.

I think it's because some months are longer than 4 weeks, but it does seem a bit unfair!

40/4=10

10 bloody months.

They do give us two free weeks at the beginning though.

Ahhhh yes. The 2 free bonus weeks, ok I did like them in the beginning of the whole worried 12 week stage.

It's just hard to explain isn't it. I'm 7 months next week so I'm my head I should have 2 months to go

For the record this is a rainbow pregnancy for us so I'm just mega excited to meet our baby.

In many countries they say 10 months because of the 40/4 thing, I had a very confusing conversation with a friend about it!
