Anyone been given the wrong dates by the hospital ?
I'm apparently Weeks but look alot bigger

you can feel or look bigger in the first trimester due to bloating, My jeans felt too tight until the bloating went away.

If you want to make sure though you could always pay for a private scan, however if the dates given by the hospital are following a scan then it won't be too much out

Bump size has no impact on how far along you are, I was in my normal clothes until 7 months with my first. They measure your baby at the 12 week scan. I'm pretty sure mine is a few days out because I know I can't have conceived earlier, but we're talking days, not weeks
