Hello all,
I just wondered if any of you are convinced you have felt "early" movements. This is my 3rd pg. I am 13 weeks today. Having done this twice already I am sure that yesterday and today I have felt baby moving, well more of a quick poke, than a movement IYKWIM. Obviously only when I am sat very still.
I know it could be wind but I'm sure it's baby, am I going mad or do you think it could be, I know it's early?

I'm pregnant with my third too and I also felt movement at 13 weeks. I'm sure that's what it was even though it's not supposed to be felt until 16 weeks. I think by the third baby, you know what it feels like so it's much more obvious.

Hi

With my 3rd & 4th I felt the movements really really early too!

my girlfriend and I have both commented on how very early we have felt baby, I think she was even told by the midwife that she was mistaken..but we've got 9 children btwn us so.... I'm sure if you think you can feel your baby you can

rainbowgirl · 10/11/2006 23:05

i think i felt the baby move at about 15 weeks this time with my 2nd baby..

Ellieorange · 10/11/2006 23:08

I felt baby early too, but more like a mobile phone on 'silent' ring (ie. like a buzzing) 'down below'

pesha · 10/11/2006 23:30

I am on 3rd pg and felt baby move at 13wks too. In the past i've always doubted people who said they felt it this early but I definitely did. I'm now 17 weeks and feeling it move loads!

Frenchsmallfry · 11/11/2006 08:24

Thank you, I know I'll never really know, but it is nice to see that I'm not going mad and others have felt what they believe to be early movements too.

I'm 13 weeks too and am convinced I've felt the odd movement too. Not kicking, but actual movement as if the baby is somersaulting. I love it but can't wait for my DH to be able to feel movement too

This is my secong PG (had an mc) and i swear i felt something at about 13 weeks. it was a gentle bubbling/flutter-type thing. i didn't believe it and put it down to gas(!) but I'm sure it wasn't.

pesha · 11/11/2006 13:30

Peacemaker thats exactly what i felt, not gentle little flutterings but real shiftings, nothing like just having wind which is why i was so sure and its such a distinctive feeling I remember so clearly from before

auntymandy · 11/11/2006 13:32

I think the more you have the earlier you feel something. Its like little bubbles popping
