First GP appt - need to bring anything?

This is actually DC2, I feel I shouldn't be so clueless but we've moved to the other end of the country and it seems they do things differently here. When I had DS I never saw a GP, just had booking in appointment with midwife around 9 weeks. So I'm about 5.5 weeks with DC2 and I called my GP surgery to see about making a midwife apt and they said I need to see a GP first - and soon, I'm seeing him today (called Monday so not an emergency or anything but quick none-the-less).

What's he likely to do/check? Anything? Am not worried - I know I'll find out when I get there but wondering if there is anything I should bring with me. Not sure what. Details of first pregnancy? Cycle dates I guess. Anything else?

Thanks for any suggestions...

From my experience, all the gp done was take note I was pregnant for my records and refer me to a midwife. Didn't even take a urine sample or anything. They may do it differently at your surgery but that's been my experience (bit pointless if u ask me! Lol) congrats on baby number 2! Good luck at your appt xx

They didn't do much at mine with my 1st, just asked dates, which hospital and gave me some leaflet about folic acid. They did height, weight and blood pressure I think.
2nd pregnancy I didn't see the point of seeing the GP so self referred to the hospital online
