I've just invested in a pregnancy birthing ball as recommended by the midwife who led my antenatal workshop to get the baby in the right position for birth.

Do you think it's too early to start bouncing on it at 33 weeks?

Not too early at all. I've used mine since 23 weeks as it really helped with my sore back. I love it!

I'm 29 weeks and just started pregnancy yoga which I needed to buy one for. It's absolutely brilliant, so comfortable and supportive. We were given some great moves to do on it too!
