I'm 9+4 and I'm a little worried today :-( wondering if I should bother the midwife or am I just overreacting? I have odd cramps which feel uterus-y. Low and central prickly crushing pain. Intermittent, like I imagine a contraction or something. Had something similar yesterday at times and during the night the night before

If the pain is that bad call your EPU just t be safe.

Its not doubling over bad, I just don't know how much cramping in early pregnancy is normal. Had af type cramps when af was due (and didn't come!) But nothing since. This is not like af at all.

Call the EPU anyway. Hope all is well
