help please!?!?

ive been fine all day just as i was cooking tea then i got a really bad cramp pain in my stomach followed by a tiny little shot of blood which litrally 'shot' out is me.. this was 25mins ago but now i have pain on my right side and im only 4 week today and i was due my af yday... what should i do? I dno ifis implantation ect .thanks in advance .. im so upset!!! The pain has now gone And the bleeding has started to subside...

It's could be anything! I've had loads of horrible sharp pains and 3 bleeds since finding out at 3 weeks, I'm now 13 weeks! Try not to panic ( I know it's easier said then done)
In the morning call the early pregnancy unit at your hospital, they might not be able to do a scan for a week or two as it'll be far too small but you never know.. Give it a try.
