Pain & bleeding but not mascarried....

Please help,
3 days ago I was bleeding not loads but enough and having already had a misscarriage in jan this year I assumed it was happening again and I went to a&e. They booked me a scan for the next morning where they found the pregnancy in the correct place, but no heart beat. But they dated me at 5 1/2 weeks so a heartbeat isn't expected anyway. I'm due to go back in 2 weeks to determine weather the pregnancy is ok. I am still feeling really sick and boobs are killing too!! I was feeling so negative after the scan but now I do feel positive now. And I have no bleeding or discharge now :) has anybody else had this??? Heeellllllp ,xx

Hi, I had a massive bleed at 6/7 weeks, including large blood clots which drenched my clothes (sorry tmi) but now I'm 28 weeks pregnant with a healthy dd so please don't assume bleeding automatically means a miscarriage. The doctor had no explanation for my large bleed, apparently it's common to bleed in early pregnancy and sometimes you can continue with a healthy pregnancy. Hope it all works out for you xx

Oh and I carried on bleeding intermittently until about 11 weeks...

I had bleeds at 6, 8 and a massive one at 11 weeks. I'm 20 weeks now, had se spotting last week but everything is still fine so fingers crossed you'll be ok too.
