39 weeks and blood in urine sample - HELP

I went for my midwife appointment last week where she informed me I have blood in my urine, she said nothing to worry about but she will get my sample sent of for further testing just to me sure. She said it was the most minute amount but better to be safe. I have just heard back from the hospital (little frustrating as baby is due next week) and have been advised that there are white blood cells in my urine but the sample wasn't sterile so I have to do another. Now that's all ok, slightly inconvenient as my hospital is far away and I feel ready to pop but the midwife did mention something that worries me she mentioned the possibility of a growth. This is my 1st baby so I have no idea what this could mean and when k went on to ask the midwife she couldn't give me anymore information.
Has this happened to anyone if so shall I be worried?!
May I add all previous blood/urine test have been clear, normal bp and no symptoms of infection. Any advice would be appreciated x

I've had +2 leukocytes (white blood cells) in my urine at the last sample I gave. The tested it and I had discharge in my urine so was nothing to worry about.

It can be a sign of cystitis though so if you've had any symptoms of that I'd let them
Know x

I've had no symptoms what so ever, bar a slight increase of needing to wee but I guess that's normal at this stage! Hopefully is nothing to worry about but midwifes tend to have a way of worrying me everytime I speak to one! Thanks x

I know what you mean! I ask a midwife one question and then feel like I have 50 more, I never feel like they give me a full answer!

Anyway hopefully it's nothing, like I said normal vaginal discharge contains white blood cells that have died off so if any of that came out in your urine it could be something as simple as that.

Good luck ! X
