Low stomache cramps 8 weeks pregnant??

Could be a few things; everything getting moved around, constipation/wind, mc. Have you had any bleeding? If not I would think positive & go with first 2 explanations

Stomach cramps doesn't mean miscarriage. I had pains early on and it was just my body getting used to things.

Could be your uterus expanding....

I'm 11 weeks and have had cramps off and on throughout. Went for a scan last week (early due to a dating error) and everything is all well. If you're not bleeding and its not intense I think that its fine. It is difficult not to worry, but most people get cramps and the odd stabby pain and its just normal stretching etc.
