I've lost my instructions! Can someone let me know how many seconds to dip the stick for in a cup of urine? Thanks

I used this type but just held it under I didn't dip it. I would say 5 seconds - Asda ones are a bit slow I'm showing up so leave the 3 full minutes before checking. Good luck

I think they're 10 seconds and then 3 minutes. Good luck!
