Are these headaches or migraines??

Nearly every day I wake up with a throbbing headache that lasts hours if not all day. Movement makes it worse. Lying down makes it worse although if I can keep cocodamol down and sleep for few hours it's often gone when I wake up. I feel nauseous and vomit a lot (normal for me as I have HG) but headaches make nausea worse. Sometimes pain is behind one eye, sometimes in back of head, sometimes all over head or centred in temples.
Paracetamol with caffeine helps but only after a few doses so could be the headache resolving naturally over time.

Are these migraines or just bad headaches? How do you tell the difference? I used to get very occasional migraine with aura (pre-pregnancy) but no aura with these, no blurred vision.

Any tips for getting rid of them? I'm 23 weeks, have been having them since around week 12 but more frequent recently.
