..... and it looks bloody foul BLEEUURRGGGGG!

Have been taking the tablets for about 5 weeks now but in a desperate bid to get this baby moving (pointless really as still have 11 days til due date) I have opened up one of the capsules and made a cup of tea out of it - ITS GREEEN

Wish me luck - Bottoms up

yup, 'tis vile

btw its proper herbal use is to tone uterine muscle - not to stimulate labour (you'll have to try shagging or reflexology for that).

FoghornLeghorn · 09/11/2006 16:36

Marymillington - I have tried everything, absolutely everything bar reflexology. I will look into that.

massage around the ankle....inner or outer ..can;t remember which and somewhere around your big toe!!!! that was helpful wasn't it!!

NatalieJane · 09/11/2006 16:41

FHLH, Someone mentioned about massaging around the ankle area to me yesterday, DH did it for me but it didn't do anything really, except feel lovely LOL

marymillington · 09/11/2006 16:45

midpoint between inner ankle bone and heel (uterus)
and underside of big toe (pituitary)
gentle pulsating pressure on each.
but thoroughly recommend a proper seeing to (by a reflexologist that is ), a visit say a week before and day before due date would be ideal. even if doesn't work, its truly relaxing, which i believe is also good prep for labour.
btw also some research says capsules not as good as the actual tea
