Piles cream during pregnancy?

This is my second pregnancy and I have piles. I've been told by the pharmacist there are no creams I can use. I honestly can't remember if I had them during pregnancy and used cream or not, but I certainly did after.

Yikes! Anyone else been told that? Any replies gratefully welcomed.

Anusol is fine, I was prescribed it by my gp a few weeks ago although it did confuse me that on the actual tube it said do not use if pregnant!

Thanks for responding! Please can I ask if you have the cream or the ointment? Did the Dr say anything about why it said that on the packaging, but was OK to use in pregnancy?

I have been using Anusol suppositories throughout my pregnancy they are fab.
