im currently 31 weeks pregnant. not really done any excersise apart from walking. what other excersises do people recommend?? xx

Swimming is my fave because late in pregnancy you feel heavy and the water makes you weightless. Quite a lot of pools have pregnancy aquarobics classes.

I've heard that pregnancy yoga and pilates is good too although I haven't done any myself.

If you haven't been exercising throughout your pregnancy then you need to ensure you get proper advice from an instructor or GP. However, pregnancy yoga, swimming and Pilates should be safe and the instructors will ensure you are doing things correctly and safely.
