I'm 30+2 weeks pregnant and had a horrible day. I am so tired I could cry, my head hurts, ive got heartburn and haven't been able to eat any dinner. Is this normal? Xx

Yes quite normal. Do you have other children to look after? Get yourself to bed. I went into early labour at 35 wks and I think it was because I didn't rest enough and listen to what my body was telling me. It's a long slog, the third trimester so look after yourself. My baby is absolutely fine but would have been better to have her fully cooked!

Yes, but my son is 9 so hardly a demanding toddler. Although still needs looking after! X

I think you can take gaviscon etc in the third trimester. Find out, get some, and get some rest. Also eat, something easy, like yoghurt. Feel bad for you- hope you can recharge your batteries soon.

I would also say listen to your own body - if you feel like this is 'not right' then do ring 111 and get some RL advice. Hth.
