Pain and not sure why??

Need some help ladies! I'm 33+3 and the last couple of nights I've had a bit of an uncomfortable pain up the left side of my stomach.

Also this morning when putting on my socks, the little bending that I need to do actually hurt to the point I had to stop for a second and let it pass. It's now just happened again when bending down in the shower and I had to just lean myself against the wall til it passed again.

I knew it'd be uncomfortable as I got bigger but should it be painful? Or could this be some sort of ligament pain or Braxton hicks?

Any advice appreciated as I'm a first timer and not sure whether I should be reporting this to the MW or it's normal?!

It is most likely to be muscular and that you've pulled something. I know some days I can't bend in certain positions because of how the baby is positioned - that's been going on since about 28 weeks and I'm now 36 weeks.

It could also be epigastric pain which is something the hospital needs to monitor. I'd give the number on the front of your maternity notes a ring, they might ask you to go in to be checked for high blood pressure and protein in urine. Have you had high blood pressure readings at your appointments?

No my tests have all been normal right the way through luckily. I'm still getting lots of baby movement but found the pain a bit surprising!
