Travel insurance at 30 weeks – covered for cancellation?

I'm going to Sicily for a week at just over 30 weeks. No pregnancy complications, so all ok from docs etc to travel (at the moment at least), and the airline (Norwegian Air) doesn't even require a letter.

But so far I am finding that although I can get travel insurance, and it will cover looking after a premature baby/repatriation etc in the event of an early birth, what it doesn't cover is cancellation – so if something changes with the pregnancy between now and the trip (end of June) and we can't go away as a result, we won't be able to claim the costs back.

Is this just something you have to suck up, or does anyone know of any companies that offer a better deal?
