How low? and is your HCG low or high?

I had low PAPP-A (0.42 I think) and low HCG which put me at increased risk of Trisomy 13/18 (1 in 305 when it should be 1 in over 1000 for my age) but turned out nothing was wrong with the fetus.

My HCG was low too and Harmony test gave me a less than 1:10,000 chance of Downs and other Trisomys. I am more concerned at this point with what the low papp-a means for the pregancy, especially towards the end. My low papp-a is 0.21.
