The word you're looking for is vulva.
You probably should see your GP - might be thrush, might not

I had this and gp tested for thrush and then lost interest.

If it is not thrush, it might be hormone effects.

You can get moisturisers in the menopausal bit of Boots that might help. There are things like Multigyn actigel and flora plus that are supposed to help maintain a balance of pH and bacteria etc. Actigel works out cheaper if you just use a bit on your finger to swish round the outside 'lady bits' Grin and is probably better than squirting stuff up your bits.

My GP did Mr a prescription for thrush cream as pharmacy wouldn't sell me it. Cleared up quite quickly. Swelling could be down to pregnancy, by bits have been a bit puffy since around 30 weeks.

I had swelling and pain which was just part of pregnancy but when I also developed itching, particularly towards the front of my vulva I was told it was thrush with an eczema like rash and got prescribed canestan hc which really worked
