Some hospitals have extra sessions for young parents and I'm guessing this would be covered then - ask the midwife at her booking in appointment.
A lot will depend on her circumstances - is she working or in education? Is she living with parents?
She might qualify for healthy start, free vitamins etc. And all pregnant women whatever age get free prescription
Here's the NHS page on maternity benefits www.nhs.uk/chq/Pages/2293.aspx?CategoryID=54#close
