Can't see the nub clearly in your picture sorry. The sonographer has to line baby up perfectly (or get it right by accident!) and if they do you can see it quite clearly (pointing up = boy or down= girl). You'll have to wait til 20 weeks.....

If you look up nub images on google you'll be able to see that if it's clear, you can definitely see it. Your pics aren't clear enough to see it, it would be a definite 'thing' and it either points up or down.
