All day nausea - any ideas?

Hi ladies

I'm 6wks pregnant with dc2 and am suffering with the most horrendous ALL day nausea. It is even waking me in the night. I've tried eating stodge as that is what helped last time but nothing is shifting it.
Have tried the usual ginger biscuits, and eating little and often and travel sickness bands but I just feel so sick all the time. I'm also wretching but not actually being sick - I would rather be sick and hopefully feel a bit better!
I know it is like asking the impossible but does anyone have anything else worth trying?

I have but not for nausea.

Reflexology however I did have for sickness and it was the only thing that worked besides drugs with my first pregnancy.

Good luck I hope it works!

Salty foods eg crisps helped me at that stage.

Canada Dry ginger ale.
Tried a supermarket own brand and it didn't work as well.
And yes to cheese on white bread sandwiches when it eased.

I've had awful nausea and occasional vomiting in both pregnancies and found acupuncture did help me cope (although I did still feel sick). Ended up signed off both times in the first trimester as I just couldn't function, so you definitely have my sympathies! I found medication a godsend this time. Cyclizine at first which didn't do much and then took phenegran which made me feel human again. I would definitely recommend seeing your doctor as the sooner you get help, the more likely it is to avoid it getting worse.
