Anyone with experience/knowledge of Anti-C (big C) antibodies?

My midwife left me a message saying I need to have blood tests every two weeks as after my 28-week blood test and anti-D appointment, they have identified a low level of anti-C antibodies in my blood.

The midwife just said it is really low and not to worry, they just want to check it doesn't get any higher and that they will take cord blood at birth to check the baby's blood and levels.

This is my second baby (third pregnancy) and nothing at all was identified during my first pregnancy - though she was rhesus positive and I had another anti-D injection after her birth.

I've been googling and am now rather worried...
Does anyone have any reassuring stories?!
